Jenn is the Owner and CEO of Morris & Associates, one of the few women-owned boutique CPA firms in the East Bay. She leads the firm's advisory practice and works with Bay Area business owners on the strategic and operational sides of their finances.

Jenn brings an unusual background to the role. Before stepping into the firm full time, she most recently served as Controller at EvenUp, a venture-backed legal technology company valued at several billion dollars, where she supported financial due diligence through more than $300M in fundraising rounds. Earlier in her career, she led finance functions across SaaS, e-commerce, fintech, and hardware businesses, with work spanning financial reporting, internal controls, and tax compliance at companies scaling rapidly.

This operating experience is what shapes the firm's approach. Most small business owners have never had access to the kind of financial discipline that runs inside a high-growth company, and Jenn built the advisory practice around making it available.

Jenn lives in the Montclair neighborhood of Oakland with her husband, their three kids, and an Australian shepherd.
